Project Description: Adani Aravali is an Annex building to Adani Corporate House ( ACH ) which is the Global Headquarter for Adani Group,
Building has two basements to cater for the parking requirements and to house the services. Building has 13 Floors with Dedicated AHU on each Floor Project required CPV to Provide IAQ Solution for the entire building which has 13 Nos of Air handling Units ( Total CFM: 2,08,000 CFM ).

Project Name: Pebbles Infrastructures, Pune Airport MLCP

Project Description: MLCP, Pune is a 5 storey parking mall and commercial mall. The mall contains a centralised AC plant and AHUs for common as well as shop areas. The MLCP mall is a LEED certified building and thus a comprehensive BMS solution was mandatory.

Work Done:

• Design and documentation of a BMS solution including cable laying
• The BMS solution was used to monitor and control HVAC, plumbing and electrical equipment with dynamic graphics which allows for smooth operation of all equipment
• The Honeywell –TREND platform was used

Work Done:

Project Description: With direct access to the pristine, sun-drenched Arossim Beach, the ITC Grand, Goa is a 252 room resort sprawling over a 1,82,108 m2 lush landscaped area.

Work Done:

• Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of electrical panels of AHUs, Fans and the entire BMS system.
• Build of a wireless network with the help of various transmitter & receivers which offers seamless communication between DDCs and the BMS system.
• More than 70 DDC controllers and 5 supervisory integrators to integrate the utility data of HVAC, energy meters, chiller plants, DG, HT, LT, water flow, diesel Flow and various domestics pump station.
• First of its kind system in India, where DDCs were connected over a wireless network.
